The hotel offers immaculately clean rooms with thoughtful attention to detail in a compact setting. The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. However, the room could get very warm despite the pleasant breeze outside.

The hotel surrounds an open courtyard with beautiful plants and flowers. The suite provided a sitting area and desk, albeit a bit worn with little light, no TV, no wifi, and a non-functioning air conditioner, lacking a view. Hot water issues were evident, indicating infrequent use.

The hotel rooms were slightly bigger instead of losing space to the balcony but were dirty upon arrival. Despite this, they were hygienic and clean, beautifully designed and furnished, impeccably clean with thoughtful attention to details. The service provided was probably the highlight, a lot better than the rest. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the great location near Ramana's ashram. The staff were friendly and attentive to every need, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, paid airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was more worth commenting on, very close to Girivalam Patha, very convenient from Bangalore for Girivalam, near to Arunachala in a quiet area. The dining experience was delicious and very good, although nothing great but ok. The facilities were convenient and functional, with an aged USDA prime steak available. Additional Details: Two positive aspects are clean and comfortable, while two negative aspects are dirty upon arrival and slightly bigger rooms.

The service, although a bit slow at times, was provided by enthusiastic staff members. The location is ideal for those interested in visiting Ramana's ashram and exploring Arunachala. The dining options were mixed, with some meals being yummy while others left more to be desired.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very much to our liking, but there were issues with cleanliness and the promised room upgrade. On the bright side, the hotel was conveniently located for girivalam.
